Todd Hughes, AgencyPoint Manager
Todd Hughes is the AgencyPoint Manager at the Farmers Insurance Cincinnati AgencyPoint. Todd oversees all training, development and production for the Cincinnati AP agents. He has a background with Farmers Claims (Auto, Fire, and Liability), Claims Management, Human Resources, Field Education (Marketing, Sales, Systems, and Production), Training and Facilitation of Materials. Todd is in his 14th year with Farmers Insurance, and has worked in the Claims Division, HR Division, Field Education and State Office Operations, Home Office Projects and most currently AgencyPoint. Todd graduated from Mesa State College with a Bachelors degree in Management/Marketing. He has had numerous acknowledgements and accomplishments through working with Farmers Home Office projects such as eCMS and VIP specially. Todd is currently on his 2nd year of the Emerging Leader Program.
Sarah Duncan, Business Operations Manager
Sarah Duncan is the Business Operations Manager at Farmers Insurance Cincinnati AgencyPoint. She handles all operations within the AP, along with managing all support staff in house. Sarah has been with Farmers Insurance since 2007, and started her professional career as a Graphic Designer at a local advertising firm. Sarah attended Muskingum College and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, focus on graphic design with Business and Speech Communication Minors. She was also involved in the Muskie Women’s Basketball Program, Business Club, and Phi Kappa. Sarah is a member of the Cincinnati Insurance Board and Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce. She currently resides in the Dayton area.
Christine Trujillo, Recruiting Manager
Christine Trujillo is the Recruiting Manager in the Farmers Insurance Cincinnati AgencyPoint. In her role, she is responsible for leading the team of recruiters that select and builds each of our 3 cohort classes of Insurance Agency Owners each year. Christine earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Secondary Education from the University of Cincinnati. She joined Farmers Insurance in 2011, bringing more than 13 years of experience in Recruiting and Human Resources to the team. Prior to coming to Farmers, Christine was a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition with Sara Lee. Christine lives in Mason with her husband and 3 sons and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and travel.
Rhonda Richter, Executive Assistant
Rhonda Richter has served as Executive Assistant to the AgencyPoint Director since April 2009. Her focus centers on ensuring that the Cincinnati AgencyPoint functions efficiently and is responsible for all areas of support including employee orientation, procurement, fleet, budgeting, maintaining records and some IT support. She has extensive knowledge in administration and more than 15 years of experience. Rhonda has called Sharonville home for the last 20 years, where she lives with her son Chris.
Keith Clonch, Sales Manager
Keith Clonch is a Sales Manager at Farmers Insurance Cincinnati AgencyPoint. He works with new agency owners to creat and grow prosperous agency using his markerting and sales expertise with both Farmers and independent insurance companies. Keith was a successful Farmers agent through Cincinnati AgencyPoint for two years prior to accepting a position as a corporate employee. As a Farmers agent Keith received several awards including Blue Vase, Toppers Club, Cornerstone Award, and Excellence in Life Insurance Sales. He has obtained both a Bachelor of Science in Biology and an Associate of Technology in EMS technology and administration, a degree directly related to his former roles as firefighter, paramedic, police officer, and public safety instructor. He is well rooted in his community where he resides with his wife and two children.
Lauren Baker, Sales Manager
Lauren Baker is an Agency Trainer at Farmers Insurance Cincinnati AgencyPoint. She is responsible for training agents in sales, marketing, and products. She has had many roles during her ten years in the insurance industry including that of CSR/Producer for a local State Farm Agent, Commercial Underwriter for Liberty Mutual, and P&C Underwriter for American Modern Insurance Group. Lauren attained her Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Thomas More College and was the Cincinnati AgencyPoint Employee of the Month in October 2010. She lives in Loveland with her daughter.
Dan Scroggins, Sales Manager
Dan Scroggins is one of three Sales Managers at the Cincinnati AgencyPoint. He is responsible for coaching and mentoring each new class of agents as they develop their Farmer’s agencies and become successful business owners. Dan is licensed is Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance for ten years, working in both independent agent and captive settings. His background includes extensive personal lines and commercial lines experience covering Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan. Dan previously worked at Hortica insurance, a specialty commercial property and casualty company with a focus on Horticultural Risks. He managed new business and renewals in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Michigan. Prior to joining Hortica, he began his insurance career as an independent agent with Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance, specializing in personal lines, life insurance and small business exposures. Dan graduated in 1999 with a Bachelors degree in Government and History from Centre College in Danville, KY. He is currently pursuing his CIC designation. Dan and his wife, Laura, live in Florence, KY with their two daughters, Sabrina and Meredith. He enjoys traveling, spending time with this family, cooking and entertaining friends and family.
Kirk Murray, Senior Trainer
Kirk Murray is an Agency Trainer at Farmers Insurance AgencyPoint. He is responsible for training agents in sales, marketing, and products. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Virginia Military Institute and has earned his Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter designation. Kirk has 30 years experience working with agents and has helped many agents start their own agency and hire producers. He worked in senior agency management positions with Safeco Insurance and Travelers Insurance before beginning his career at Farmers. He is active in his church and volunteers with Make a Difference Day at the College of Mount St. Joseph. Kirk is married with two children and enjoys golf and scouring antiques stores for bargains.
Noah Stelzer, Trainer
Noah Stelzer is a Marketing Specialist at Farmers Insurance Cincinnati AgencyPoint. He has previously been responsible for assisting in the scheduling of events for Farmers agents and finding new and unique ways to help them engage their community. A part of the Farmers organization since October 2007, he is transitioning to a new position and is currently assisting in the training of new agents. Noah is licensed in Property/Casualty and Life/Health and attained his Bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from Miami University. He resides in Norwood and enjoys golf and running.
Kelly Miller, Trainer
Kelly Miller is an Agency trainer at the Farmers Cincinnati AgencyPoint. Kelly has had the opportunity to embrace the area of learning and development. She enjoys facilitating and watching professionals grow their careers with the help of her training and coaching. In her pervious professional positions, Kelly held the title of Division Training Manager for Unilever Food Solutions and most recently Assistant Project Manager with Champion Windows with a focus on systems and training development. Kelly received a Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. Her husband, Jay and she have 2 beautiful children; Evan and Addison. Kelly and her family are kept very busy with soccer, tennis, and swimming, along with vacationing and traveling with her friends and family.
Lee Putz, Life Specialist
Lee Putz is the Life and Financial Services Specialist for the Cincinnati AgencyPoint. He assists new and existing agents in building revenue through the sale of life, annuities, and other financial products and services. Lee has over 25 years of insurance experience and has a broad background of knowledge to assist agents in managing their short and long term efforts to build a successful agency practice. Lee has worked in sales, marketing, and management positions with major Life, Health, and Financial Service companies. He graduated from Butler University with a Bachelor of Science degree and has completed the chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Certified Health Consultant (CHC) designations. Lee has shared his leadership in various communities in which lived, assuming officer and committee roles in Rotary, Sertoma, and the Dan Beard Council, Boy Scouts of America. As an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and the Life Insurance Marketing and Research Association (LIMRA), Lee served as an officer and board member of these associations in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Lee and his wife, Candie, have two sons and live in the Loveland area.
William Caesar, Commercial Specialist
Bill Caesar is the Commercial Specialist at the Farmers Cincinnati AgencyPoint. He works with both career and legacy Farmers agents to develop their knowledge of commercial insurance and to help grow their businesses. He is a graduate of University of Wisconsin at LaCrosse and he holds the CPCU and CIC designations. Bill has more than 40 years of industry experience including commercial underwriting, sales, marketing, management, working with independent and captive agents, and managing commercial underwriting departments. While employed with Donegal Insurance, Iroquois Group, WR Berkley Group, Colonial Indemnity, CNA, Allstate, and Travelers he held a number of positions ranging from commercial underwriter to Senior Vice President. As Senior Vice President of Donegal Insurance Company’s midwest region Bill oversaw all operations for the Ohio company and the Iowa company, Le Mars Insurance Company. He has started a company and run two others for the Donegal Group. He has lived in 10 midwestern and eastern cities throughout his career. Bill and his wife of more than 40 years are active in the Newfoundland Dog Club of America and donate to their rescue program among other charities. He enjoys golf, playing bridge and his two Newfoundland dogs.
Rachel Geiger, Marketing Specialist
Rachel Geiger is a Customer Service Representative in the Cincinnati AgencyPoint. Her duties include assisting agents with quoting, processing, building their book of business, and maintaining proper business practices. She also services existing customers for agents by receiving and responding to customer calls, emails, and other requests for assistance. Rachel started her career with Farmers in September of 2009 as a Marketing Intern while attending the University of Cincinnati. She became a full time employee in July of 2010 as an Agency Contact Representative, contacting prospective clients, cross-selling products, and helping improve customer retention. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and international business and was awarded Cincinnati AgencyPoint’s Employee of the Month in July 2010. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family including her puppy, Ruby.
Lauren Mazza, Marketing Coordinator
Lauren Mazza is a Marketing Coordinator at Farmers Insurance AgencyPoint. She is responsible for scheduling events for Farmers agents and finding new and unique ways to help them engage their community. She is a 2010 graduate of Xavier University where she participated in Spanish club, advertising club, and spirit club and attained a Bachelor’s degree in advertising and communications. Lauren has worked for TEAM Enterprises, Miller – Coors account as a promotional representative and was a promotional intern for B105 (Bonneville International Radio). She participated in dance at Seton High School and coached a local dance team, Mystical Illisions Primary, for two years. She is the oldest of five children and resides on the west side of Cincinnati.
Erich Haunert, Recruiting Specialist
Erich Haunert is an Agency Recruiter at Farmers Insurance AgencyPoint Cincinnati. He helps expand the agency force in Cincinnati by actively looking to hire agents and support staff. He is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, testing, and selecting high performing individuals. Prior to joining the team at Farmers, Erich began his career as a financial sales representative and worked with several companies in the financial services industry. He also owned a staffing and recruiting business and thus has in-depth experience in recruiting, sales, and management. He was awarded Cincinnati AgencyPoint Employee of the Month in September 2010 and was one of the top recruiters in the nation, winning the All In Challenge in 2010. Erich attained a marketing degree with a sales focus from Ohio University where he is recognized by his service fraternity as a life time member for his dedication to service and giving back to the community, something he maintains through his support of West Chester Chamber Alliance, Habitat for Humanity, March of Dimes, and United Way. Erich lives in Blue Ash and enjoys traveling and sports.
Matthew Weissman, Recruiting Specialist
Matt Weissman is an Agency Recruiter at Farmers Insurance AgencyPoint Cincinnati. He helps expand the agency force in Cincinnati by actively looking to hire agents and support staff and is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, testing, and selecting high performing individuals. He has obtained his Property/Casualty and Life/Health/Variable Annuities licenses and is in the process of receiving his LUTCF designation. Matt graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a degree in public relations and marketing and from University of Cincinnati with a degree in communications. Prior to coming onboard with Farmers in the early fall of 2009 he was an account manager and consultant for a credit consulting firm in Cincinnati where he was responsible for lead creation, contract signing and reviewing bills for potential savings. He is an active member in the Hispanic, African American and Northeast Chambers of Commerce as well as an active fundraiser for the March of Dimes, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Chatfield College and has been a Cincinnati resident his whole life. Matt was married in June of 2010 to Molly Hoyt who currently works as a branch manager for PNC bank. He enjoys playing sports and rehabbing homes and is a self-employed property manager and real estate investor in his spare time.
Jad Buckman, Recruiting Specialist
Jad Buckman is an Agency Recruiter at Farmers Insurance AgencyPoint Cincinnati. He helps expand the agency force in Cincinnati by actively looking to hire agents and support staff. He is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, testing, and selecting high performing individuals. He received his Bachelor’s degree in communication with a focus in sales from Bowling Green State University. Jad has six years of management, sales, and business development experience in the financial services industry and also has a CORE sales high impact training designation. He is actively involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, The Cincinnati Chapter of Habitat for Humanity, Ducks Unlimited, and the National Wild Turkey Federation. Jad is an avid golfer and outdoorsman and resides with his wife, Jamie, in Batavia Township.
Julia Jasko, Recruiting Specialist

She is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, testing, and selecting high performing individuals. Julia received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo with a double major in professional sales and marketing. Thanks to her background in sales in the automotive and financial services industries she has had a unique exposure to the insurance industry. A native of northern Ohio, she moved to Cincinnati in 2007 with her husband and two dogs. Julia enjoys playing tennis, singing, and shopping, and hopes to run a half marathon in the near future.
Joshua Spencer, Recruiting Specialist
Josh Spencer is an Agency Recruiter at Farmers Cincinnati AgencyPoint. He helps expand the agency force in Cincinnati by actively looking to hire agents and support staff. He is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, testing, and selecting high performing individuals. Josh is a graduate of University of Cincinnati where he received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. Before beginning his career with Farmers, he was the youngest store manager in a retail environment achieving top execution and sales marks at the top of the company. He is very active in the community through church, sports, and volunteer programs like Big Brother and he values the importance of family and growth. Josh is married and has a beautiful daughter named Ava Marie who was born in 2009.
Steven Schoenberger, Recruiting Specialist
Steve Schoenberger is an Agency Recruiter at Farmers Insurance Cincinnati AgencyPoint. He helps expand the agency force in Cincinnati by actively looking to hire agents and support staff. He is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, testing, and selecting high performing individuals. Steve attained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2002 where he received multiple All-Conference honors in football. Before beginning his career at Farmers he was in mortgage and consuming lending at HSBC, was a personal banker at 5/3 Bank, and taught at-risk children at Frontier Learning Center. His experience helps him excel at cold calling, communication, and handing objection. Steve volunteers for many church functions and has two children, five-year-old Madelyn and three-year-old Brady with his wife, Destiny.
Andre Williams, Recruiting Specialist
Andre Williams is an Agency Recruiter at the Cincinnati AgencyPoint. As a recruiter, he is actively seeking individuals to join our team in the Greater Cincinnati/Dayton area. Andre is experienced is insurance sale, management/leadership, coaching/developing team, new business development, strategic partnerships, property & casualty and life &health insurance, as well as individual and group health insurance. Prior to joining the Farmers team, Andre spent 13 years in sales leadership and management roles in various leading insurance organizations. Andre has his Masters in Business Administration from Xavier University and Bachelors in Mathematics-Actuarial Science from Ohio University. He is a part of the Cincinnati Urban League African Leadership Development Program, Former Board Member/Finance Chair of Avondale Redevelopment Corporation, and Advisory Board Member of Department of management and Entrepreneurship at Xavier University. Andre is also a member of the Cincinnati USA Chamber and National Black MBA Association. Andre enjoys traveling, reading, networking, and exercising.
Stephanie Kolodziejski, Recruiting Specialist
Stephanie Kolodziejski is a Recruiting Specialist at the Farmers Cincinnati AgencyPoint. She is currently seeking high performance individuals who are looking to serve the community and build lasting relationships as a Farmers agent. Stephanie has been in the insurance industry since 2008, prior to working in the health care field. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelors degree in Community Health. Stephanie was a recipient for Founders Day Award, Super Fireball and Fast Start Series awards. She is currently a member of Scarlet Oaks HR Roundtable and Courier Bizwomen. Stephanie enjoys exercising, boating and camping with her friends and family.
Amanda Weeks, Recruiting Specialist
Amanda Weeks is a Recruiting Specialist at the Cincinnati AgencyPoint. She is responsible for seeking top local talent for agency opportunities in the Cincinnati region. She looks for individuals with a history of success and proven accomplishments that would be able to represent Farmers during this exciting expansion period. Amanda’s previous experience has been in the Automotive and Staffing industries with focus on relationship management and account development. Prior to joining the Farmers team, Amanda worked for a company in the automotive industry for 5 years in various sales and management roles. After that she transitioned to an opportunity in the staffing industry where she discovered her passion for recruiting. Amanda received her Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York College at Brockport with a dual concentration in Business Management and Pre-Law. She relocated to the Cincinnati area immediately following her completion of her degree. Amanda is active in the community and is a Sunday Scholl teacher for children at her parish. In her time outside of work, Amanda enjoys traveling, dinner with friends, Bunco, and is an avid reader of both traditional books and now Kindle options.
Theresa Lawson, Senior Customer Service Representative
Theresa Lawson is a Senior Customer Service Representative in the Cincinnati AgencyPoint. Her duties include managing daily workflow within the CSR group, assisting agents with product and system knowledge, processing new business, billing, and complex customer issues. Theresa has been in the insurance industry for over 12 years. Prior to joining the Farmers team in 2007, she worked as a producer for a competitor while self-employing as a managing Cosmetologist. Theresa is currently attending Wilmington College to obtain her degree in Business Management. She has been married to her husband, Jim, for 14 years and recently had a new addition of a baby girl, Kortnee Ray to the family.
Kate Siegert, Senior Customer Service Representative
Kate Siegert is a Senior Customer Service Representative at Farmers Insurance Cincinnati AgencyPoint. Her duties include assisting career and legacy agents with quoting, processing, building their book of business, and maintaining proper business practices. She also assists the Agency Trainers and Sales Managers on projects as necessary. Kate is working to obtain a degree in strategic organizational leadership from Wilmington College and has also attended the University of Cincinnati and Arapahoe Community College in Colorado. She has been a part of the Farmers team since 2000 in both agencies and district offices and was the Employee of the Month in the Cincinnati AgencyPoint in May and December 2010. She has family scattered across the country, but most of them reside in Ohio and northern Kentucky. Kate enjoys scrapbooking, music, reading, and trivia and is a past member of several championship trivia teams.
Christopher Zapanta, Customer Service Representative
Chris Zapanta is a Customer Service Representative in the Cincinnati AgencyPoint. His duties include assisting agents with quoting, processing, building their book of business, and maintaining proper business practices. He also services existing customers for agents by receiving and responding to customer calls, emails, and other requests for assistance and maintains marketing materials for agents. Chris obtained a Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Cleveland State University. He was a full-time parent for seven years and was in financial sales and service for 14 years at the branch and call center level before beginning his career with Farmers Insurance. Originally an agent, Chris has been a CSR since October 2008 and was awarded the CSR of the Month in April 2009 and Employee of the Month in June 2010. He lives in Anderson Township with his three sons and enjoys attending their many sporting events throughout the year.
Sarah Laurianti, Customer Service Representative
Sarah Laurianti is a Customer Service Representative in the Cincinnati AgencyPoint. Her duties include assisting agents with quoting, processing, building their book of business, and maintaining proper business practices. She also services existing customers for agents by receiving and responding to customer calls, emails, and other requests for assistance. Sarah provides one-on-one training to both legacy and career agents on commercial products and quoting and regularly presents and assists with commercial training demonstrations. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in English from Bemidji State University and graduated a semester early. She is licensed in Property/Casualty and Life/Health. She also maintains a certified Insurance Service Representative designation. Sarah began her career in the insurance industry in 2003 and spent several years as a commercial insurance account manager in a mid-size independent agency before coming to Farmers in 2010. She is very involved with Fishing Has No Boundaries and has volunteered at events in several states. She loves campfires, crocheting, and spending lots of time with her husband, at their Fairfield Township home.
Brooke Janzen, Customer Service Representative
Brooke Janzen is a Customer Service Representative in the Cincinnati AgencyPoint. Her duties include assisting agents with quoting, processing, building their book of business, and maintaining proper business practices. She also services existing customers for agents by receiving and responding to customer calls, emails, and other requests for assistance. Brooke is licensed in both Property/Casualty and Life/Health and attained an Associates Degree in business management at Brown Mackie College. Before joining the team at Farmers, she was a producing agent at State Farm and was in banking for six years. She has been married for seven years, has three children, and loves hunting and fishing.
Jessica Brighton, Customer Service Representative
Jessica Brighton is a Customer Service Representative in the Cincinnati AgencyPoint. Her duties include assisting agents with quoting, processing, building their book of business, and maintaining proper business practices. She also services existing customers for agents by receiving and responding to customer calls, emails, and other requests for assistance. Jessica double majored in Spanish and International Studies at The University of Dayton and graduated a semester early in December 2009. Before taking on her current role at Farmers, she was a Farmers Agent. She enjoys traveling and lived in South America for four years.
Shawn Finamore, Customer Service Representative

He also services existing customers for agents by receiving and responding to customer calls, emails, and other requests for assistance. Shawn is licensed in both Property/Casualty and Life/Health and is a 2010 graduate of College of Mount St. Joseph where he attained a degree in business administration, focusing on marketing and finance. He was born and raised in Cincinnati. He enjoys playing sports and coaching basketball for Delhi Middle School.
Vannessa Morgensen, Agencies Administration Clerk
Vannessa Morgensen is Agencies Administration Clerk at the Cincinnati AgencyPoint. She performs a wide variety of administrative support duties. greets and directs visitors/customers as and when appropriate; resolve routine administrative problems and answer inquiries concerning activities and operations of department/division; maintains log of inquiries as required. Also resolves routine telephone and/or walk-up inquiries, scheduling calendar items and, generating a variety of standard documents performing data entry, and maintaining records. Vannessa has been in the insurance industry since 2008. She graduated from University of Cincinnati with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and Forensic Technology. She is currently certified in Life & Health and Property and Casualty licenses. Vannessa was Class #25 in February 2009 at the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy. She loves to be doing anything that involves working out and the outdoors. Vannessa has a daughter, Anjalina and enjoys being around her good friends and family.
Tiffany Mitchell, Agency Contact Representative
Tiffany Mitchell is an Agency Contact Representative at Farmers Insurance AgencyPoint of Cincinnati. She assists agents by contacting prospective clients, cross-selling products, and helping improve customer retention. She attained her Bachelor’s degree in communications from Wright State University in Fairborn, Ohio. Before coming to Farmers, she enjoyed a lengthy career as a Licensing Coordinator/Relationship Manager in the private client group/wealth management division of Wells Fargo Advisors. A Dayton native, she arrived in the Cincinnati area by way of Charlotte, NC. She enjoys soccer, exploring the culinary arts, and the occasional hockey game. She currently resides in Maineville with her boyfriend and step-cat, Marley.
Alicia Creech, Agency Contact Representative
Alicia Creech is an Agency Contact Representative at Farmers Insurance AgencyPoint of Cincinnati. She assists agents by contacting prospective clients, cross-selling products, and helping improve customer retention. Before joining the Farmers team she worked in market research and outbound communications. Alicia lives in Cincinnati with her son and daughter and enjoys traveling and cooking.
